Sauvignon Blanc
A truly classic Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, that is brimming with vibrancy and vitality. Dense notes of ripe passionfruit dominate on the nose, supported by tropical fruit, herbaceous notes and a lashing of citrus. A portion of malolactic fermentation adds a textural quality to the palate, with subtle notes of lemon blossom and passionfruit. The finish is refreshing, crisp and dry.

Locally grown Koshihikari rice is used to produce this light beer. This beer pairs especially well with Japanese and Asian dishes.

The gentle carbonation is perhaps the most beer-like characteristic of this this incredibly unique, non-alcoholic alternative.

Sauvignon Blanc
Amber-shot yellow color with light coppery tinges. The nose reveals a delicate structure, characterized by a wide range of clearly distinguishable floral notes. The wine has supple structure, sustained by a distinctly tangy freshness. Delicate, lingering hints of white-fleshed fruit on the palate persist through the finish.
